The Eagle Community Centre is available for all your rental needs.
There are two halls available:
Staddon Hall – Upper level – $100.00 per day or $30.00 per hour (up to 2 hours) Occupancy – Maximum 80
Miller Room – Lower level – $80.00 per day or $20.00 per hour (up to 2 hours) – Occupancy – Maximum 40
Each hall has a certified kitchen which includes a fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and various kitchen equipment.
Dishes are available to rent for $20.00
Newly purchased in 2024 grey 6 ft. tables for your use and chairs.
Ontario Trillium Foundation Grants have provided us with Air Conditioning units in 2019.
Separate washrooms on each level.
Liquor is permitted upon purchase of a Special Occasion Permit. See Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario or visit www.agco.on.ca/en/whatwedo/permit_special.aspx
PAL (Party Alcohol Liability) Insurance is also required. Contact your local Insurance Broker for further information.
Damage/Cleaning Deposit will be required and returned upon approved inspection if applicable.
Rules and Regulations will be discussed at time of booking.
